When you are hosting an event, making a batched signature drink is a great way to save time and money. We created a champagne punch for our Noon years party that was a hit. Here is the recipe which easily serves 45 people.
1/2 c cup mint leaves
3 bottles of champagne
1 cup orange liquer (We used cointrau)
2 liters orange soda (We used Buddy’s)
1 liter pomegranate juice
Mix and serve
