Our Wedding Decorating Packages are for the couple who want to have all of their wedding plans executed perfectly by wedding professionals. We are responsible for overseeing and carrying out your vision and expectations according to your specifications. When your wedding day arrives we want you and your loved ones to enjoy your day and for you to feel like a guest at your own wedding. Often times, friends and relatives are asked to take on the task of decorating for a wedding. This can be stressful and often times makes them feel more like staff than your guest. What this package includes:
Our ideas, imagination, and creative brainstorming. Decor is a passion of ours. We love hearing about what ideas you have to make your celebration a reflection of you as a couple. Creating the ambiance to tell your story is a detail we find much joy in.
Consultation meeting to discuss the overall big picture of what you are looking for. We can start from the beginning and help you design and style your wedding or provide suggestions on how to bring your existing details and vision together.
We discuss centerpieces, entrance, & head table. We make suggestions on decor for your cake, gift, and guest book table. If you are including a social hour, we can design centerpieces for the cocktail tables.
Unlimited contact with us, if you have questions, need advice, or just want to chat. We respond via email and are quick to respond to your questions.
We present our design to you via email. If you wish to see it in person, we can make arrangements.
Two coordinators the day of your event are onsite to oversee that set up runs as expected. We are hands on in all the details.
Communication with your venue on your behalf to ensure everything is set and ready for us the day of your event. No surprises when we arrive to set up. We ensure the venue is prepared for us to set up.
Coordination with your florist for the floral decor. We can also work with our preferred florist to create your perfect decor. The flower cost is included in our decor rental quote.
Let your friends and family enjoy the party, while we take it all down. At the designated time (typically 1 hour before end time) one of our staff return to begin tear down of your reception space. They make sure any of your personal items are in the predetermined location for the designated person to collect.
We bring a team perfectly suited to set up your space. They return to tear it all down at the end of the evening. Consideration is taken for when your rental ends of your venue.
We can either use pieces you have, or you can rent our pieces. Once you’ve shared your vision, we put together a decor rental quote. This quote includes delivery, clean up, and the addition of adding items not in our collection. Typically this quote is between $400-$2500. This quote can include flowers, candles, rental pieces, and other details. It is in addition to our $1200 decorating package. While the decorating package is priced for the labor of installation and tear down and creating your vision, this add on is for the actual pieces. Our rentals can save you $1000’s over buying the pieces, and we have so much to chose from!

We decorate your ceremony space. After your wedding, we take care of tearing it down. This includes moving our decor from your ceremony space to your reception, if you would like to use pieces in both spaces. This package is often added on for outdoor ceremonies.

The seating chart can be one of the most stressful details of the planning process. We help you with our organizational tools and take care of the set up.
Handmade Gold Shimmer Wooden Table Numbers 1-30
These are beautifully handcrafted wooden table numbers. 5? tall and a slight shimmer in the gold paint. We set all of these out for you at the properly designated tables.
(2) Large 13?x 18? Antique Gold Frames with easels for the seating chart posters
These antique frames have been painted to match the table numbers. They are perfect for an elegant romantic affair, Boho Chic, Vintage, or rustic wedding. Once you have your list ready, we take care of having it professionally printed. That includes us working with the printer, picking up the posters, framing them, and setting it up properly on your big day.

Do you have a hashtag? Maybe you want a funny sign or romantic quote. Let us know, and we will match the font to your seating chart.
